**Please note: An Executive Session Meeting will held be prior to the Regular Session, at 5:30 P.M.

What Does Action Property Management Do?

Action handles the day-to-day administrative functions and financial affairs of your Association. They report directly to, and work closely with, your Board of Directors. Dalilah Bernardo is your Community Manager and can be reached at Dbernardo@actionlife.com or (800) 400-2284. Your Community Manager prepares for and attends all regular, special and annual meetings. Management also prepares all mailing notices and conducts regular property inspections. Your Association has many vendors that participate in making your community safe and beautiful and your Community Manager interacts with the vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors.
