| WILDFIRE AWARENESS STARTS AT HOME |
| History has shown that it’s not a matter of if a wildfire will threaten our community, but when it will happen again. Now is the time to make your home and family resilient during a wildfire: 1. If you live closer to our foothills, create a defensible space around your home that includes low growing plants with high moisture content. 2. Remove dead branches or trees, clear weeds and dry vegetation from around your property. 3. Roofs and eaves are vulnerable to flying embers in a wildfire, so be sure to clean your rain gutters and inspect your attic roof vents for proper installation and integrity. 4. Create and practice an evacuation plan with your household, especially if something happens while people are away from the home. In addition to preparing our community for wildfires, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District holds annual wildfire training exercises with state, federal and neighboring agencies. These collaborative trainings help strengthen relationships and refine strategies and tactics for an effective response. When firefighters and the community work together to be prepared for wildfire season, we can mitigate the risk of a wildfire before it happens! |

Board Vacancy
Currently there is a position available on the Board of Directors. Please contact management if interested.
Candidate Request
The Annual Meeting of the Membership for your Association will be held in September 2025 for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors. You will receive an official meeting notice specifying the actual date, time and location.
At this time we are requesting candidates for the Board of Directors. The Board consists of three (3) members who are elected by the membership. There are three (3) positions up for election, each for a one (1) year term. The elected Board members will then meet and appoint officers, therefore, candidates will run for a position on the Board only, and not a particular office.
Qualifications to run for the Board of Directors:
- Must be an Owner.
- Must be current in the payment of all regular and special assessments.
- May not hold a joint ownership interest in the same separate interest as any other candidate or incumbent director.
- The Candidate is not eligible to run if the Association is aware or becomes aware of a past criminal conviction that would, if the Candidate were elected, either prevent the Association from purchasing the fidelity bond coverage required by Civil Code §5806 or terminate the Association’s existing fidelity bond coverage.
If you are interested in running for the Board, please contact Action Property Management. CANDIDATE STATEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO 5:00 PM, JUNE 6, 2025, IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED ON THE BALLOT.
