E-Statements

In an effort to save costs associated with mailing your assessment billing statements each month, we are asking that you sign up to receive these documents electronically via e-statements. You may do so by signing into your Resident Portal account and clicking the “Sign Up Today!” button under the e-statements notice on the main dashboard. Alternatively, you can consent for email distribution on the Resident Portal under “Property Information” on the main dashboard.
